Job Description

Fast-paced printing company located in Chicago’s western suburbs seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative who is well-organized, detail-oriented and works well under pressure.

Responsibilities include:
• Maintaining designated client base. Requires good verbal and written communication skills due to high volume of customer contact as well as communication with other departments within the Company.
• Entering orders and ensuring all appropriate information is accounted for: print specifications, fulfillment/finishing, etc. Requires high degree of accuracy.
• Preparing quotes and being sure to gather appropriate information regarding: paper type; ink; coatings; finishing; fulfillment; mailing; etc. Requires high degree of accuracy.
• Maintaining Customer Files.
• Resolving customer issues.


• 2-5 years of customer service experience in customer support or client service
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Work well under pressure

Printing experience preferred.
