Account Executive: Sales Team

 

Position Description

 

This position requires confidence, enthusiasm, self-motivation and a strong passion for establishing and cultivating customer and prospect relationships as well as the ability to find and close new business opportunities. And the ability to discover and understand the positive impact our products and services can have on prospective customers to negotiate and close the sale. A thorough understanding of integrated communication and the use of print, direct mail and digital marketing will be important to success. Strong presentation and listening skills, first rate contact management using CRM software and superior organizational skills are also important.

 

This position is ultimately responsible for identifying new prospects and driving new business into the Company and thereafter continuing to expand the sales once a business becomes a customer. This will be done with the complete support and coordination of the Customer Service and Project Management Team.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

 

Must have 3-5 years proven sales track record, strong verbal and written communication skills and a history of building customer relationships and executing a sales plan.

 

This is truly a Sales & Marketing position to help customers and prospects excel in their own sales & marketing programs utilizing all that AM Solutions has to offer. Compensation includes a base salary, commensurate with experience, plus commission and benefits.
